Your exosome should be labeled using fluorescence or luciferase or others. Otherwise, you will not know how much you dosage into mouse? By the way, protein alone (BAC) is not a reliable method to quantify exosome, specially if your exosome purity is not too high. Labeled exosome (engineering exosome) will help you to get ride of this issue and figure out where the dosage exosome is homing, in liver or tumor or spleen? In addition, how do you dosage exosome? hydrodynamic IV, IP and oral. the routine is issue for dosage. The cell type for exosome production is another issue too. In short, cell type ( immune cell or solid tumor cell), the dosage routine, and labeling exosome should be considerated.

请教下，在用exo处理老鼠前，一般是会有体外处理细胞吧，我有这样一个疑惑：从人源性癌细胞的培养上清中提取到的exo，是不是应该优先选择去处理人源性的组织细胞（非鼠源性）？接下来，由于伦理考虑，不可能做人体试验，才使用小鼠进行功能实验。是这样考虑的吗？

我没用过sbi的kit 但是咱们论坛里有好多人都用过。你可以问一下 johnny， 他一直 在用sbi的并且打电镜看到了exosome
