求助：Optiprep在外泌体电转载药中的作用
求助：求各位大神帮忙解答一下，optiprep在外泌体电转载药过程中是起到什么作用，我看很多好的期刊，电转缓冲液都是21%的optiprep，可是查了这个东西，是密度梯度离心过程中保护膜结构，那在电转过程中它又是什么作用呢，保护外泌体膜吗，求问求问Washing and collecting EVs by density-gradient ultra-centrifugation following the electroporation. That would be my guess.
