circulating miRNA的主要存在形式
circulating miRNA的主要存在形式是Ago2-miRNA复合物还是囊泡相关？2011年PNAS的这篇文献“Argonaute2 complexes carry a population ofcirculating microRNAs independent of vesicles in human plasma”认为是前者；2013发表在plos one的“The Major ity of MicroR NAs Detectable in Serum and saliva is concentrated in exosomes"认为是后者。现在有无较主流的说法？如果循环囊泡里的miRNA含量与non-vesicle circulating miRNA相比微乎其微，那其定量研究的意义何在？

Characterization and deep sequencing analysis of exosomal and non-exosomal miRNA in human urine这篇文章里面写的 miRNAs were found to be significantly enriched and intact in urine-derived exosomes compared with cell-free urine ，这两者应该是有差别的吧 我也在困惑啊 不懂啊，请大神出来 Several possibilities for the release of circulating miRNAs have been proposed as shown in Fig. 2: (1) passive leakage fromcells due to injury, chronic inflammation, or necrosis including miR-208 , miR-122 , miR-192 , miR-21 , miR-200c , and miR-423 , which may probably release from the heart, liver and kidney due to injury, respectively. (2) Active secretion via membrane vesicles such as exosomes, L-exosome, microvesicles (MVs) and apoptotic bodies . (3) Active secretion by complex formationwith lipoproteins (high-density lipoprotein, HDL) and RNA binding proteins (AGO2 and nucleophosmin 1 ).

没有具体说明 另外，量与质是两个问题，就算exosome里面的miRNA总量少，但如果特异性高又何妨呢？ Plos One那篇文章的讨论有谈到两者为何不同，可能是方法不统一造成的，应该不用太纠结这个问题。 自己顶一下这个帖子，纠结中。
