Urine exosome concentration (10^6/ml) is at least hundred fold lower than that in serum or plasma, but is compatible with cell culture supernatants. The major problem is THP protein, which will mask your exosome isolation and detection etc. DTT does not really solve this problem. Contact me if you have further question at info@evomicscience.com
