近日,中山大学药学院张革教授团队在国际著名学术期刊Gut(IF=19.82)上发表题为“Exosomes derived from Fusobacterium nucleatum-infected colorectalcancer cells facilitate tumor metastasis by selectively carryingmiR-1246/92b-3p/27a-3p and CXCL16”的研究文章,通过多组学技术手段发现:具核梭杆菌感染CRC细胞后,诱导宿主细胞后大量产生miR-1246/92b-3p/27a-3p和CXCL16/RhoA/IL-8富集的外泌体,这些肿瘤兼具感染特异性的外泌体被传递到微环境中未感染的CRC细胞中,通过miRNA和蛋白多个靶分子和多个作用模式共同从而促进了结直肠癌的转移。
