看了篇文献这样写的Zeta potential of the exosomes was measured in Milli-Q water (Millipore) using the Smoluchowski diﬀusion equation.
这样会不会导致外泌体破裂
用pbs溶解的话在拍电镜和测粒径的时候会不会有影响
