超离血浆后是吸还是倒呢？

我也是吸的，但是我看Thery 06年文献是这样写的：
7. Remove the supernatant completely.
For fixed-angle rotors, at this step, pour off the supernatant rather than use a pipet.
For swinging-bucket rotors, remove the supernatant with a pipet and leave 2 mm of
supernatant above the pellet.

用的水平转头，试过几次，吸的，吸到最后剩一点。CD63几次都没有跑出来。不知道是不是吸走了

请问楼主我分离的血清但我吸得时候感觉上清中有一团白雾状的东西，是脂肪吗

我没有遇见这样的情况
不过我主要用的血浆，
血清没啥经验
