超离血浆后是吸还是倒呢？

大家都来说说呢，吸的话会不会吸掉？倒的话会不会倒掉？

我也是吸的，但是我看Thery 06年文献是这样写的：
7. Remove the supernatant completely.
For fixed-angle rotors, at this step, pour off the supernatant rather than use a pipet.
For swinging-bucket rotors, remove the supernatant with a pipet and leave 2 mm of
supernatant above the pellet.
